Website privacy policy

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible on this website and in our app.

What information we collect and how we use it

We provide a form to allow website visitors to supply their email address and other relevant details to us. We store and use this information to help us engage with website visitors, for example to answer support queries. Visitors who complete this form can optionally allow us to contact them for other matters, including marketing.

Our website uses cookies as detailed in our Cookie Policy. We use a third party tool, Google Analytics, to understand which pages website visitors look at, for how long and which site they came from.

Site Ground provide the servers that power our website – their privacy policy is available here.

How we share your information

Beyond the hosting provider, we never share personally identifiable information collected by our website with any 3rd parties. If ownership of G-UDRT were to switch to another organisation, the non-identifiable data we hold and which retains a legitimate business use may also be transferred to that organisation.

Data retention

We only retain any information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. To determine the appropriate retention period for this data, we consider:

  • the amount, nature and sensitivity of any personal data;
  • the potential for risk or harm from unauthorised use or disclosure;
  • the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means;
  • and the applicable legal requirements.

Data will be securely deleted once the legitimate business need has been fulfilled. This will not exceed 5 years.

Children’s Privacy

Our services do not address users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover, or are made aware that someone under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it.

G-UDRT (App) Privacy Policy

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible on this website and in our app.

What information we collect

G-UDRT and its supporting services collect personal information you disclose to us. We have built the features and capabilities of the app with a goal of limiting the amount and scope of any data collected to the absolute minimum required. This is restricted to:

  • Information the app provides to you about your device and use of G-UDRT, which you may choose to email to us to help with an App support question. This includes your device name which could personally identify you, and may include device and usage information.
  • Unity, the development engine we use, collects specific information when you use the App as a requirement for in-app-purchases. This information can include device identifiers and usage information. The information is collected to maintain the operation of the app. Unity’s privacy policy is available below. Via the app’s help menu, you can opt out of this data collection.

The app uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. This is limited to services from Unity, Apple and Google. Their respective privacy policies can be reviewed below.

How we use your information

We treat all information we receive from you in the strictest confidence. We process your information based on legitimate business interests only. Information the app provides to you and you may send to us is only used for the resolution of a specific issue or support query. App usage information is used to understand how collectively people use the app, the blend of devices they use and the typical time spent in the app.

How we share your information

We do not re-share your information with any other third parties. If ownership of G-UDRT were to switch to another organisation, the non-identifiable data we hold and which retains a legitimate business use may also be transferred to that organisation.
